Romulus is a build farm toolkit for Microsoft Visual C++ designed to be an open source alternative to commercial distributed build systems. Spark Installer is an open-source desktop application binary installer.
Romulus is flexible enough to be used with other languages as
well (which invoke command-line compilers) such as Java, Obj-C and C#.
Together Romulus Build, Spark Installer, and Proteus are a set of Tools designed to help developers build and distribute desktop applications written in a variety of languages.

Romulus Build And Build GUI
Under the hood Romulus is simply an distributed command-line invoker and batcher.
Proteus is the subsystem for Romulus Build and Spark. Romulus itself is a MS Windows batchfile generator.
The Agent tool Build must be installed on each client that will participate in the build.
A dispatcher tool distributes the build commands to agents. A build GUI gives you full visual control over the build process and also includes some Visual Studio integration.
Spark installer is a lightweight installer binary which allows pre and post-install customization.
